Return Policy for Buyers
You have 5 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.
Please contact our expeditors on email@example.com with Purchase Order details mention the reasons for return in your mail. Below are typical reasons might appear.
Return Products You Ordered
Prepare your package for return. Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the SubbСourier your return label to the package.
Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected. Depending on the items you’re returning and the reason for your return, your shipping methods may vary for your return. Please contact our expeditors on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note the cost for the return of exact product that was ordered will be covered by Buyer.
Return Products You Didn’t Order
There are some cases where you may receive the products you didn’t order:
Extra Product. You may have received an extra item in your shipment. If this is the case and you’d like to return it, you can contact us on email@example.com
Wrong Product. If you placed an order but received the wrong product, you can return the wrong item for a refund of the item you did not receive through by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If these are the cases, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
Products That Can’t Be Returned
SubbCourier doesn’t accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)
- Return request is made after 5 days from delivery date.
- Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing.
